Advertising services. Thurrock Council is seeking expressions of interest from newspaper organisations for the placement of its advertising. The successful contractor will publish the council’s statutory and non-statutory advertising and be able to comply with legal requirements for the publishing of public notices. Thurrock Council currently contracts with a diverse group of voluntary, statutory and private sector providers and encourages a range of organisations, regardless of size, to apply for this provision. Applicants will be required to express interest by emailing using the reference PS/2011/183. A Pre-Qualification Questionnaire will be sent with further information for return by 12 noon on Friday 2.12.2011.
