The purpose of this PIN is to invite interested parties to participate in a Provider Market Test Event for Early Intervention for Looked After Children (LAC) and their Families services on 21.8.2015 at 9.30. to be held in the Meeting Room 3 in Northgate House Conference Centre, Saltisford, Warwick, CV34 4JL to discuss the future provision of the services. There is a maximum if two people per provider for the event.

Warwickshire County Council is seeking to market test for the future provision of early intervention services that support both children on the cusp of care and their families. The aim of this market testing exercise is to explore and determine innovative and potential early interventions that will prevent children from becoming looked after and to support and facilitate those in care to return back to their home environments.
This is not a call for competition and participating in this event will not place any provider in an advantageous position, if future procurement activity takes place for Early Intervention for Looked After Children (LAC) and their Families services. Any future procurement exercise (or exercises) that may arise from this market testing exercise will be an Independent process and will be subject to separate PIN(s) and/or Contract Notice(s).
