The estimated value during the lifetime of the Framework Agreement is between 20 000 000 and 35 000 000 GBP excluding VAT based on information provided by members. During the life of the Framework Appointment TUCO Ltd may open up the contract to additional Local Authorities and Further Education establishments.

An administration fee of 100 GBP plus VAT is required to process any ITTs. Please note that ITTs will not be evaluated unless the administration fee is received. Parent Company and/or other guarantees may be required if TUCO Ltd deem necessary.

To be agreed by individual institutions but all invoices are generally subject to 30 or 60 days payment.
