Description of these options: The Initial Contract period is 7 years from Commencement Date with an option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years in 1 yearly increments.
Bidders should note that whilst the expected Contract Commencement Date for all requirements is 1.4.2015,the Services requirement against Highway Verges is expected to start from 1.4.2016 for the remainder of the Contract Period. It also possible the Council may decide not to include this or the Security and Patrol element at all.
