On behalf of participating NHS CCG's in the East Midlands and Yorkshire and the Humber (all NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG's) in the East Midlands and NHS Bassetlaw CCG), NHS EMPACT (as part of Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (GEM CSU)) would like to invite providers of services to a market warming event. This will be in relation to the future delivery of inpatient rehabilitation services for mental and learning disabilities patients (these services are currently termed as Locked and Unlocked Rehabilitation Services (Psychiatric and Learning Disabilities).
The event will inform interested providers of the NHS Commissioners vision for the future of services in this area and the contracting authorities intended approach to securing future arrangements through competition. The event will be followed by a procurement process lead by GEM CSU on behalf of participating NHS CCG's mentioned to establish and award contracts to successful providers for these services commencing 1.4.2014.
The event is free to attend but each organisation will be limited to 2 attendees. The event will take place with registration at 9:30 and commence at 10:00 concluding no later than 12:00 pm on Monday the 25.2.2013 at the Whitehouse Hotel, Packington Hill, Kegworth, DE74 2DF.
Organisations wishing to attend must confirm their attendance and provide the following details:
- Organisation name and address;
- Full names and positions of delegates;
- Contact telephone number and email address;
- Disability access requirements, hearing induction loop, etc.
The above details should be emailed to by 17:00 on Tuesday 19.2.2013 no later as it may not be possible to confirm reservations after this date.
