II.1.5)Short description of the contract or purchase(s)ACC Liverpool is seeking to establish multi-supplier framework agreement(s) for the Provision of Audio Visual Support Services.
It is envisaged that these arrangement(s) will commence on 1.1.2012 and will continue for a period of two (2) years until 31.12.2013 with the facility, at the sole discretion of ACC Liverpool, to extend for a further two (2) twelve (12) month periods until 31.12.2014 and 31.12.2015, subject to satisfactory supplier performance.
The process/tender will be split into 3 lots:
- lot 1: Specialist and General AV,
- lot 2: Lighting, Sound and General AV,
- lot 3: Stage Sets and Draping.
The successful candidates will be expected to enter into a bespoke framework agreement with ACC Liverpool.
