Design and Consultancy service that will review our existing operating estate and space utilization and present the Trust Board with options for creation of a Hub in the West of Cornwall. This may include innovative approaches.
When the Trust has selected and approved its preferred option the partner will then provide the following:
Procurement consultancy and project management to deliver the project. The company may present a case to use its supply chain (if available) however there will be an expectation of competitive tendering to demonstrate the option chosen provides the Trust with best value.
This company may be used as a vehicle to deliver other estate and facilities management services or projects for the Trust in the future without the need for re-tendering, but subject to value for money test, for a period of up to 5 years.
