Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Potential suppliers will be asked to produce copies of their Annual Report and Accounts for the last three years and will be asked forthe name and address of bankers plus details of the last three years underwriting experience for the class ofbusiness referred to in this notice. Service suppliers will be insurers authorised to write the classes of insurance listed within the EU member states subject to English/Welsh law and jurisdiction of the English/Welsh courts. Potential suppliers will be asked to produce a certificate issued by the appropriate insurance regulatory authority indicating the types of insurance the insurer is authorised to provide and must comply with Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR) regulations.
