1.Turnaround time 48 hours - are you able to meet this requirement?

2.All bidding organisations to have footprint across the East Anglia region and be able to provide locally based services.

3.Invoicing - 30 days standard.

4.Ability to work with Purchase Orders, a PO will be provided per order.

5.Direct Tipping - Vehicle Reg No Recognition.

6.Deliveries options - transport roll on roll off (ROR) - for 6yds, 8 yards, 12 yards.

7.Ability to provide waste transfer notes.

8.All bidding organisations to have current Environmental and Waste Management and Recycling certifications and accreditations such as ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems certification (EMS) and ISO 9001 Quality Management System to provide a foundation for consistency of procedures across the business.

9.Measures - provide monthly performance statistics ie zero landfill & recycling stats.

10.Carbon Trust Standard for Zero Waste to Landfill.

11.To hold a valid Waste Carriers License at all times.
