The NHS Commissioning Board, known as NHS England, the Contracting Authority, (The Authority) invites completed Invitation to Tender (ITT) submissions from all suitable providers to provide the Veterans' Mental Health - Intensive Service in one or more of these following opportunities; North, Midlands & East, London & South East and South West & South Central.

The Contract will be for a period of 24 months - the initial contract period will be from 1.4.2018 to 31.3.2020. The initial period is followed by an optional extension of 24 months. The indicative annual contract value is 3 256 000 GBP (Ex VAT), please see the ITT Guidance document for further details.

The aim of the Procurement is to:

- have a consistent service model and patient offer across England;

- support more veterans than are currently able to access the Intensive Treatment Programme;

- ensure care is provided closer to home;

- have common performance metrics across the services.
