The contract will be for a two (2) year period with a possible 12 month extension. Total spend over the contract period is estimated to be 181 130 GBP over the two years. (or 271,695 if extended by 12 months).

However, this does not carry any guarantee of turnover and that any estimated volumes of business are indicative and may vary upward or downwards depending on New Charters future needs.

The Contracting Authority will enter into this contract following a minimum of 10 day calendar day standstill period starting on the day after the notification of the result. The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (as amended) (the Regulations) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or who are at risk of harm by a breach of the Regulations to bring proceedings in the High Court. Any such proceedings must be brought within the limitation period specified by the Regulations accordingly to the remedy sought.
