Part A

Specialist works:

These are one-off works that will be required to bring assets up to a maintainable standard, and carry out remedial works to existing assets and to replace failing components.

These include:

Tree removals,

Fence repairs/installation,

Part B.

Maintenance works:

These are what would be classed as ongoing annual maintenance works which would be carried out on a regular basis throughout the calendar year. Time-scales will be dependent on asset type.

These include:

Grass Cutting;

Hedge cutting;

Boundary (fence and hedge) maintenance;

Weed Killing;
