The Coventry and Warwickshire Out of Hospital (OOH) Programme is part of the Sustainability and Transformation Plan and sits within the larger Proactive and Preventative Care Programme.

A clinical model for the Out of Hospital Services has been developed and the commissioners intend to award the contracts to the most capable providers.

In reaching their conclusion the Commissioners have complied with their statutory obligations to ensure that the contract awards will be the most economically advantageous for the local health and care systems and that the awards are made to the most capable provider to provide the services. - Background
