This is to be a 24/7 Crisis Service for victims of rape and sexual violence offering telephone support and opportunities to undergo forensic medical examinations whether a complainant is reporting to the police or not covering the Northumbria Force area. NHS England - North (Cumbria and North East) Health & Justice Commissioning Team is seeking to procure Crisis Worker Provision for the Northumbria Force Area. This is to be a 24/7 Crisis Service for victims of rape and sexual violence offering telephone support and opportunities to undergo forensic medical examinations whether a complainant is reporting to the police or not covering the Northumbria Force area. The Service will ensure that each individual Service User receives the most appropriate care to meet their assessed needs.

We invite responses from the market for information to assist with the design and structure of the contract tender, in particular to help determine appropriate financial thresholds for the tendered contract, length of duration of the contract, and to help identify specific areas of risk relating to the tender.

Please find a Request for Information (RFI) response document that we ask you to complete and return by 12 noon, 26.7.2017. Please also see details of the Market Engagement Event to be held at Middle Engine Lane, Wallsend, Tyne & Wear, NE28 9NT on 1.8.2017 from 10:00 - 12:00.
