The Supplier shall ensure that it complies with all the relevant policies, guidance, principles, professional best practice guidelines and requirements from (but not limited to) BASHH, BHIVA, FRSH, NICE and PHE as agreed with CLCH and Public Health Commissioner.

List and brief description of selection criteria:

Turnover

- Sole Applicant must have an average turnover, over the last three years, of at least 1.5 times the contract annual value.

- Consortia must each have an average turnover, over the last three years, of at least the annual contract value.

Acid Test Ratio

- The Applicant must have a higher than 0.9 ratio to participate in Tenders for Central London Community Healthcare Trust. The Acid-test or liquidity ratio measures the ability of a company to use its near cash or quick assets to extinguish or retire its current liabilities immediately. Quick assets include those current assets that presumably can be quickly converted to cash at close to their book values.

- A calculation is provided to assist with determining this value ratio.

Profit / Loss

- The Applicants must not be making a loss, averaged over the last 2 financial years. The most recent accounts must not have an end date of more than 12 months from now. For consortia, this test will be applied separately to each individual undertaking.
