SSE holds NPORS certificates for on-site training throughout the UK. The provider would be asked to deliver training either on 1 of these SSE sites or the providers' own sites depending on convenience of learners. SSE has a workforce spread throughout the UK, with particular focus in Scotland, South East England and South West England.

Whilst a schedule of delivery is negotiable, potential applicants should be advised SSE operates in a storm season between October and March. During this period candidates are available for training but emergency response requirements may cause disruptions.
