Cumbria County Council requires a Framework to provide a range of transport services to transport vulnerable people (including children and young adults) to and from various Pupil Referral Units and exclusion establishments, generally within the geographical boundaries of Cumbria.

The framework is split in to geographical areas or ‘Lots’. Operators can identify the geographical areas they are bidding to work in, and can bid for 1, more than 1, or all areas.

The ‘Lots’ will be;

(1) North: (inc. Gilford Centre, Kingmoor Assessment Unit & Progress School)

(2) Barrow

(3) South Lakes

(4) West: (Including West Cumbria Learning Centre & Richmond House).
