The Council wants to speak to providers to help us determine the scope of refurbishment and type of café provision at King George V Pavilion. The Council would like to see King George V Park Sports Pavilion (Farnborough) refurbished into a café with the view of making the café a central point of the park. Upon completion of the refurbishment, the contractor that will be awarded the contract will be expected to operate a café that meets the needs of park users.

The Council would like to invite potential providers along for some soft market testing / pre-procurement engagement during July to enable us to get a better understanding of the options that are available.
