- The Mobilisation and transition stage.

- ‘Hard’ and ‘soft’ Facilities Management (interim and full service) to the communal areas within the residential blocks together with ‘hard’ Facilities Management to Schools (Mandatory Core Services) co-located within the Nile Street and Tiger Way developments.

- Additionally there is scope for the provision of soft Facilities Management to the Schools (Mandatory Optional Services).

- Reactive maintenance - additional fee based on time charge schedule of rates submitted as part of the Service Provider's proposal.
