This Request for Formal Tender (‘RFT’) has been issued by Schools' Buying Club (SBC) as agent of St Nicolas Church of England Primary School ‘the School’. You are invited by the School to tender for the provision of catering services in accordance with this RFT.
This tender is being conducted in accordance with Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Contract Regulations 2015 (Social and Other Specific Services).
St Nicolas is a 2 form entry primary school full of highly motivated and talented children and a creative, energetic staff who strive to ensure that every single child has a fulfilled and broad curriculum enabling them to excel as independent learners.
The proposed contract will be for the outsourced provision of catering services to the School. It is the School's expectation that the Successful Bidder shall be responsible for the operation of the catering function including employment and management of staff, supply of foodstuffs, consumables and light equipment and preparing and serving appropriate meals. The School will retain responsibility for payment of utilities and the operation and maintenance of core catering equipment and facilities.
