Framework agreement for the provision of design, co-ordination and construction works relating to planned improvements to the Bernicia Group's housing stock, including maintaining the Decent Homes standard, bringing properties up to the Bernicia Standard and general maintenance / improvements.

The programme of works is expected to run from 2018 - 2023 with an approximate value of 65 000 000 GBP excl VAT

Bernicia's Property Maintenance Division (PMD) will deliver approximately 25 000 000 GBP excl VAT of the value of the planned works, with the remaining £40 million proportion of works to be split into lots and delivered by newly appointed contractors (NB scope and extent of lots are still to be finalised, however details will follow with the Contract Notice)

The successful applicants will enter into a framework arrangement with work packages intended to be awarded on an annual basis to each contractor.

There will be no guarantee provided under the framework to award any work or any workload.
