SIAL, a biennial event held in October (2016 and 2018) in Paris. This will include services covering stand design and build, stand graphic design and production, and audio-visual and equipment hire. The scope of this procurement does not include exhibition space as it is not open to competition. All suppliers must show understanding of the task, whilst showing innovation and creation, they must show an ability to liaise with other suppliers and their proposals must be cost affective. Suppliers must be fluent in English and French, the use of interpreters will not be permitted. The PQQ will be used to short-list to approx. 5 suppliers to be taken through to the ITT stage.
